AI agent

How much does an AI agent cost for a business in Latvia in 2026?

How much does an AI agent cost for a business? We have no separate price: the agent is part of the "Client flow" package for €600 per month + VAT, with no annual contract. Platforms charge differently: per resolved conversation (from USD 0.50 to €2), per credit or per user seat. You can compare the billing units, not the totals.

How much does an AI agent cost for a business in Latvia?

Our AI agent is part of the "Client flow" package for €600 per month + VAT, together with a lead database and email campaigns. Foreign platforms sell the agent in pieces, and the bill depends on what they count: resolved conversations, spent credits or user seats.

The table shows five platforms with public prices. The amounts come from the vendors' own pages and were checked on 25 October 2026; prices can change. Almost all are in US dollars, and only Salesforce shows a price in euros. We do not convert dollars to euros, because the exchange rate moves and the invoice comes in the currency the platform chooses.

How is AI agent pricing calculated: per conversation, per credit or per seat?

Platforms use three billing models, and one invoice often combines two of them.

  • Per conversation: you pay for the result, but the bill grows with the number of conversations.
  • Per credit: you pay for actions, and one conversation can use a different number of credits.
  • Per seat or subscription: you pay a fixed amount, but the agent often needs an add-on or a usage fee.

The first model is a fee per resolved conversation. Intercom charges USD 0.99, HubSpot USD 0.50, Zendesk USD 1.50 with an annual commitment or USD 2.00 pay as you go, and Salesforce €2 per conversation. Here you pay for the result, but each vendor decides for itself when a conversation counts as resolved. Read the definition before you sign: the HubSpot page we opened does not have one.

The second model is credits. Microsoft Copilot Studio sells a pack for USD 200 per month with 25,000 credits, and unused credits expire. Salesforce gives 100,000 Flex Credits for €500, and one agent action costs 20 credits, so €500 covers 5,000 actions. Lindy sells a subscription with credits: the Team plan costs USD 29.99 for 3,000 credits, an extra 1,000 credits cost USD 10, and credits reset to zero every month. How many credits one reply uses depends on the task, so the bill is hard to calculate in advance.

The third model is a subscription or a user seat. The Tidio Starter plan costs USD 24.17 per month with 50 Lyro conversations once, Growth starts at USD 49.17, and Plus at USD 300 plus usage. The Lyro add-on costs from USD 32.50 per month for 50 conversations. The page does not say whether the price is shown for yearly or monthly billing. Zendesk seats cost from USD 19 per month (Support Team, billed yearly) to USD 149 (Suite Professional, billed monthly). Automation platforms such as Make also charge in credits.

Why can't you compare these prices directly with €600 per month?

Because they are different agents. Every platform in the table sells a support agent: it answers customers who write to the chat or by email on their own. Our agent runs email conversations with potential customers reached by our campaigns, and hands a warm conversation to your salesperson with the full context. It works together with the lead database and campaigns rather than waiting for incoming questions.

On a platform you pay for results or usage; with us you pay for a process at a fixed monthly price. The arithmetic only serves as an illustration: €600 at the Salesforce price of €2 per conversation would buy 300 conversations a month, and at the Intercom rate of USD 0.99 several hundred, ignoring the currency difference. But the platform price does not include a lead database, campaigns or a person who checks the text, so these numbers do not tell you which option will cost you less.

What is included in the "Client flow" package for €600 per month?

The "Client flow" package includes a lead database, personalized cold email campaigns, and the agent's infrastructure and maintenance up to agreed limits. The price is €600 per month + VAT.

There is no annual contract. You can stop the service with 30 days' notice, with no penalty and no setup fee. The domain, mailboxes, accounts and collected data are registered in your company's name from the start, so they stay with you when the work ends.

A person reads and corrects every AI-written text before it is sent. This editor has a name, and responsibility for the sent text is theirs, not the algorithm's. More about how the agent works: AI agent for business.

Why is there no separate price for the AI agent?

Because without a lead database and campaigns the agent has nothing to work with. It continues the conversation a campaign starts, replies based on what has already been said in that conversation, and hands a warm conversation to a person. If there is no one to write to, there is nothing to continue.

If you want to start with only the contacts or the outreach, you can order them separately: client acquisition and cold email campaigns. How the agent differs from a scripted chatbot is explained on the AI agent page.

How much does the language model (LLM API) cost if you build the agent yourself?

The language model is the only part of an agent with a public price. OpenAI charges per million tokens, separately for input (what the model reads) and output (what it writes). The gpt-5.6-sol price is a promotional price valid at least until 21 November 2026.

The rest is work: the scenario, the connection to email and the CRM, testing, and a person who checks the replies. You will not find this work on model pricing pages. The same applies to a voice agent, which we explained in the article how much a voice agent costs.

OpenAI API price per 1 million tokens, USD, checked 25 October 2026

gpt-5.6-sol (promotion at least until 21 November 2026)USD 4USD 20
gpt-5.5USD 5USD 30
gpt-5.4USD 2.50USD 15

What should you check before you pay for an AI agent?

Before you sign a contract with any vendor, including us, ask these questions and get the answers in writing:

  • What exactly do I pay for: a conversation, a credit, a user seat or a fixed monthly amount?
  • How is a "resolved conversation" defined, and who decides?
  • Is there a minimum monthly payment or an annual commitment?
  • In which currency is the invoice, euros or dollars, and does the price include VAT?
  • What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
  • How much notice is needed to end the contract, and is there a penalty?
  • In whose name are the domain, mailboxes, accounts and data?
  • Who reads the agent's text before it is sent, and does this person have a name?
  • Do you have to tell customers that AI is replying? We wrote about it in the article do you have to disclose that a bot is replying. This is not legal advice.

When do you not need an AI agent?

You do not need an AI agent if you talk to customers mainly by phone or in person: an email agent does not help there. It is also a poor fit if you have so few conversations that you can continue each one yourself, or if you have no one to write to yet, because there is neither a database nor a campaign.

The agent suits B2B companies in Latvia that already have, or are building, email conversations with potential customers and lack the people to continue each conversation personally. What an agent that answers phone calls costs is covered in the article on voice agent costs.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an AI agent cost?

Our AI agent is part of the "Client flow" package for €600 per month + VAT, together with a lead database and email campaigns; there is no separate price for the agent alone. Foreign platforms charge for a support agent per resolved conversation, per credit or per user seat.

Can I buy the AI agent on its own?

No. The agent works together with the lead database and campaigns, so we sell it as a package. You can order client acquisition or cold email campaigns separately.

How much does an AI customer service agent cost on foreign platforms?

Per resolved conversation, from USD 0.50 (HubSpot) to €2 (Salesforce); Intercom charges USD 0.99 and Zendesk USD 1.50–2.00 (vendor pages, 25 October 2026). On top of that there is often a fee for user seats or a minimum monthly payment.

What is a "resolved conversation", and why does it affect the bill?

It is a conversation the platform considers finished without a human. Each vendor defines it on its own, and the definition decides how many conversations you pay for. Ask for the definition in writing before you sign.

Is an AI agent cheaper than an employee?

We have no calculation of our own, so we do not give a number. Our agent does not replace an employee: it hands a warm conversation to your salesperson, and a person checks every text before it is sent.

Is there an annual contract?

No. You can stop the service with 30 days' notice, with no penalty and no setup fee.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You do. The domain, mailboxes, accounts and collected data are registered in your company's name from the start.

How much does the language model itself cost?

OpenAI API prices per 1 million tokens: for example, gpt-5.5 costs USD 5 for input and USD 30 for output, gpt-5-nano USD 0.05 and USD 0.40 (25 October 2026). This is only the model's price, without the work, integrations and review.

When do you not need an AI agent?

When you talk to customers mainly by phone or in person, when you have so few conversations that you can continue them yourself, or when you have no one to write to yet.
