AI Agent for Your Business
An AI agent (also called an MI agent in Latvian) is a program that uses context memory to carry an email conversation forward, rather than just replying from a fixed script. learnxMI (Rīga) offers this agent in Latvia as part of the "Client flow" package for €600 per month — there is no separate, stand-alone price for the agent alone, because it works together with the lead database and the campaigns.
What is an AI agent?
In Latvian, this term has two spelling variants: the press and trade publications more often write "MI aģents" (from "mākslīgais intelekts", artificial intelligence), while service providers and the market use "AI aģents." They mean the same thing: a program that independently reads incoming messages, remembers the previous correspondence, and replies based on context rather than a single fixed script.
How is an AI agent different from an autoresponder or a scripted chatbot?
Three things are often called by the same name, even though they do completely different jobs:
- An autoresponder sends the same text to everyone, regardless of what the person asked. Example: "Thank you for your message, we will reply within 24 hours."
- A scripted chatbot follows a pre-written decision tree or keyword list. It recognizes a few types of questions but does not remember what was said in a previous message, and "stops" outside the script.
- An AI agent with context memory reads the entire correspondence, not just the last message, before replying, and answers based on what has already been said in that specific conversation. When a conversation turns warm, the agent hands it to a salesperson together with the full context, not just contact details.
What does the agent actually do in our work?
In the specific work of email correspondence, the agent does three things:
- keeps the email correspondence active — it continues the conversation instead of starting over every time;
- replies based on what has already been said in that specific conversation, not on one generic template;
- when a conversation turns warm and the recipient is ready to talk further, hands it to the client's salesperson together with the full context of the correspondence.
How much does an AI agent cost?
There is no separate, stand-alone price for the AI agent alone — we will not honestly promise one. The agent is part of the "Client flow" package: €600 per month, which also includes the lead database, personalized cold email campaigns, and the agent's infrastructure and maintenance up to agreed limits.
In the Latvian market, prices in the AI agent space are rarely published: in most cases you can only find out the number on request. We show the price openly, so you can make a decision without having to request a quote. There is no annual contract: the service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Who checks the text the AI writes?
Every AI-written text is read and corrected by a human before it reaches the client — that is the default process, not an exception. That editor has a name, and responsibility for the text that gets sent stays with them, not with the algorithm.
From 2 August 2026, the transparency requirements of Article 50 of the EU AI Act apply, which require AI-generated content to either be labeled or to undergo documented human review with a responsible editor. Our process — human review with a named editor — already meets the second option. (This is not legal advice.)
Where do the contact details come from?
The agent does not work with purchased personal data lists. The contacts the correspondence is based on come from really published sources — company websites, contact pages and public registries — not from addresses guessed by formula. Read more about how these lists are prepared on the cold email campaigns page.
Who is an AI agent for?
It suits B2B companies in Latvia and the Baltics that already have, or are building, incoming and outgoing email correspondence with potential clients, and that do not have enough people to keep every conversation going personally. It is less suited to cases where client communication happens mainly by phone or in person — there, the agent does not help.
What scientific foundation stands behind these AI skills?
AI is not a sales pitch here. Dr.oec. Levs Fainglozs, co-founder of learnxMI, co-authored the 2024 study "Employers' Expectations of Students' Generative AI Skills" on which generative AI skills employers actually expect. The full profile and list of publications can be viewed on the ResearchGate profile or on Levs Fainglozs's page.

Frequently asked questions
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot usually follows a pre-written script or keyword list and "stops" outside it. An AI agent with context memory reads the entire conversation history before replying and answers based on what has already been said in that specific correspondence, rather than a fixed script. When a conversation turns warm, the agent hands it to a salesperson together with the full context.
How much does an AI agent cost?
There is no separate price for the agent alone. It is part of the "Client flow" package — €600 per month, which also includes the lead database, personalized cold email campaigns, infrastructure and maintenance up to agreed limits. There is no annual contract; the service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Can I order an AI agent separately?
No — the agent works together with the lead database and campaigns in the "Client flow" package for €600 per month, and we do not publish a separate price for the agent alone. If you want to start with just the data or the outreach, see client acquisition or cold email campaigns separately.
Who checks the AI-written text before it reaches the client?
Every AI-written text is read and corrected by a human before it is sent — that is the default process, not an exception, and that editor has a name. This approach matches the requirements of Article 50 of the EU AI Act, which from 2 August 2026 requires AI-generated content to be either labeled or given documented human review. (This is not legal advice.)
Where do the contact details the agent uses come from?
From really published sources — company websites, contact pages and public registries — not from purchased personal data lists. We also do not use email addresses guessed by formula (for example, name.surname@domain); every contact is one the company has published itself, publicly. We follow the same principle in our lead databases and campaigns.
Can I cancel the service if it does not work out?
Yes. There is no annual contract — 30 days' notice is enough, and the cooperation can end at any point after that, with no further obligations. We do not promise a specific number of conversations, replies or leads in advance — that honestly cannot be known before the process is running and the correspondence has started to build.
