What is an AI consultation for a company?
An AI consultation is a structured conversation about where artificial intelligence can take over repetitive work in your company and where it would only be an expensive toy. We do not start with tools and we do not recommend "adopting AI" in general. We start with your processes: what is done by hand every day, where enquiries get lost, where a person retypes data from one window into another.
At the end of the consultation you have a written summary: which processes can be automated, in what order, what the first step is and what it would cost. You can act on it with us or with any other provider — the summary is yours.
Who is the consultation for?
The consultation is most useful for companies where:
- Enquiries arrive through several channels — email, website, WhatsApp, phone — and some go unanswered or reach a person late.
- The same data is retyped between email, spreadsheets, a CRM and accounting.
- Prices, the catalogue or content change often and each time cost hours of manual work.
- The manager has heard about AI but it is not clear where to start without the money disappearing into experiments.
- The company has already tried something — a chatbot, a ChatGPT subscription — and there is no result.
What does the free consultation include?
90 minutes, one conversation, a concrete outcome:
- A process walk-through. Together we go through the 3–5 processes that, in your view, take the most time and record how they happen now.
- An assessment without tool advertising. For each process we say: fully automatable, partly automatable with a human check, or not worth it. We do not name tools or vendors in the first half of the conversation — process first, technology second.
- Order and first step. Where to start so that the first result is visible quickly and the whole company does not have to be rebuilt.
- Price and scope before the work. If a step is worth implementing, we say what it would cost — before the work starts, not on the invoice afterwards.
- A written summary within a day of the conversation. It stays with you whether or not we continue working together.
How does the consultation work, step by step?
- Request. Send an email or a WhatsApp message with two sentences: what the company does and which task eats the most time.
- A short question list before the call. So that the 90 minutes go to your processes, not to introductions.
- The 90-minute conversation. Remotely or in person in Riga. Garri Gelfers (AI automation engineer) takes part; when the question touches management, measurement or staff training, so does Dr.oec. Levs Fainglozs.
- The summary. In writing, within a day: processes, assessment, order, first step, price.
- Your decision. Continue with us, with another provider, or do nothing — every option is fine, and we do not chase you afterwards.
What we do NOT do in a consultation
Honesty is part of the service.
- We do not sell an "AI strategy" as a slide deck. The result is a list of concrete processes, not slides about the future.
- We do not promise percentages. How much time or money automation will save cannot honestly be known before the process is understood — so we do not quote figures.
- We do not recommend replacing your systems. We work with what you already have: email, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting.
- We do not give legal advice. On the EU AI Act we can say what applies to your case in practice (see our article on Article 4), but it is not a legal opinion.
What happens after the consultation?
If the summary contains a step worth implementing, the further work is separate and priced up front. Usually it is one of these:
- Business process automation — workflows between email, spreadsheets, CRM and notifications; price and catalogue work in an online store.
- AI agent — when the process involves correspondence with people, not just data.
- Client acquisition — when the biggest gap is not an internal process but a lack of new clients.
- AI training for companies — when the system exists but the team does not use it.
- Website or online store — at a published price, when the process starts with people being unable to find you.

Why is the first consultation free?
Because it is also the first step of our own work: without understanding the process we cannot quote an honest price for any automation job. The summary stays with you even if you decide not to continue with us.
How is an AI consultation different from the free AI opportunity audit?
The AI opportunity audit is a 15-question test on the website that you fill in yourself in 3–4 minutes, with an automatic answer. The consultation is a 90-minute conversation with a person about your specific processes. The audit helps you decide whether it is worth talking; the consultation tells you exactly what to do.
Is the consultation in person or remote?
Either. Remotely — by video call; in person — in Riga. The language is your choice: Latvian, Russian or English.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing special. Before the call we send a short list of questions — mainly about which repetitive tasks take the most time and which systems you already use. No access credentials or data are needed for the consultation.
Will you recommend specific AI tools?
Yes, but in the second half of the conversation — once the process is clear. The tool is a consequence, not the starting point. We are not tied to any vendor and take no commission on recommendations.
What happens to my information after the consultation?
The notes and the summary stay between us and you. We do not pass them to third parties and do not use them publicly without your written permission — we name clients on the website only with permission, too.
Do you also help with EU AI Act requirements?
At a practical level, yes: which parts of the AI Act apply to your use, what the AI-literacy requirement for staff means and how to meet it without needless bureaucracy. We do not provide legal opinions.
