Online Store Development in Latvia from €1,500
A WooCommerce online store in Latvia from €1,500 and within a week — that is how learnxMI (Rīga) builds small and mid-sized stores with a clear, pre-known scope: up to roughly 100 products, standard payments and delivery, one language, a catalogue already in a usable format. Anything beyond that scope raises the price, and we say so before work starts, not on the invoice afterwards.
What is included in the price from €1,500?
The base price of €1,500 and the one-week timeline cover a specific, pre-known scope:
- up to roughly 100 products in the catalogue;
- standard payment and delivery solutions, with no custom integration;
- one language;
- a catalogue that is already in a usable format: a spreadsheet or file that can be imported, not scattered data that has to be collected from scratch.
What raises the price of a store?
These factors go beyond the base scope and push the price above €1,500 — we say so before work starts, not on the invoice afterwards:
- A large catalogue or import from another format. More than 100 products, or data that has to be converted from another system or file structure.
- Multiple languages. Every extra language means extra work on content, structure and navigation.
- Integration with accounting or inventory software. Data synchronization with an external system.
- Migration from an old platform, keeping the old links. So you do not lose your existing search rankings.
- Non-standard delivery and payments. Solutions outside WooCommerce's standard settings.
- Product photos and descriptions. If they need to be prepared from scratch rather than just uploaded to the store.
How long is the timeline, and what does it count from?
The week counts from the moment we receive the materials and access, not from the day the contract is signed. If the catalogue, photos and access arrive fragmented in pieces, the timeline extends accordingly. The one-week timeline applies to the base scope; if the project exceeds it, the timeline extends too.
Who owns the store, and what can I do myself after launch?
The domain, store and all access are registered in your name, not ours. We work without annual contracts — the service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
After launch you can expand the catalogue yourself — add new products, change prices and descriptions — without our involvement at every step.
What happens after launch — advertising, content, emails?
A store with no traffic is just a shop window. After launch we offer three separate follow-on services that can be added as needed:
- Advertising — €250/month. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms, separately from our fee.
- Content and visibility — €200/month. Ongoing product and category content that helps the store appear in search.
- Emails to existing buyers. We set the price in conversation — it depends on the list size and the sending tool.
Does cold email work for an online store?
Honestly, no. Cold email campaigns work for B2B outreach to company work addresses, not consumers. We do not offer them to online store owners, because in the consumer (B2C) market they do not deliver results — that would be wasted money, not a flow of buyers.
What have we done for other WooCommerce stores?
Two WooCommerce projects we are allowed to name:
- hybridenergy.lt — migration from the old old platform to WooCommerce, keeping the whole catalogue and the old links so the store keeps its place in Google.
- citadel.lt — a Lithuanian WooCommerce store with bulk management of prices and discounts across hundreds of products in one pass.
What happens if a project goes beyond this scope?
This service is designed for a small or mid-sized catalogue. If a project involves ERP, an inventory system, a B2B portal, a multistore structure or migrating a very large catalogue, that is beyond our scope, and we say so openly. In such cases we work with partners who specialize in building projects like that.

Frequently asked questions
How much does online store development cost?
The base price is €1,500 for a WooCommerce store with up to roughly 100 products, standard payments and delivery, in one language, provided the catalogue is already in a usable format. The price goes up with a larger catalogue or import from another format, multiple languages, integration with accounting or inventory software, migration from an old platform with the old addresses preserved, non-standard delivery and payments, and product photos and descriptions.
How long does building an online store take?
One week — but this timeline counts from the moment we receive the materials and access, not from when the contract is signed. If the catalogue arrives in fragments or access is delayed, the timeline extends accordingly. The one-week timeline applies to the base scope: up to 100 products, standard payments and delivery, one language.
Can I migrate an existing store to WooCommerce?
Yes. Migrating a store from an old platform to WooCommerce is one of the factors that raises the price above the base €1,500, because the catalogue has to be converted and the old links preserved so the store keeps its place in Google. That is exactly how we moved hybridenergy.lt, keeping the whole catalogue and the addresses.
Can I add products myself after launch?
Yes. After launch you can expand the catalogue yourself — add new products, change prices and descriptions — without our involvement at every step. The store, domain and all access are registered in your name, not ours, so you remain fully in control of the system independently of us, even in the long run.
Do you offer cold email campaigns for an online store?
No — honestly, cold email does not work for B2C stores, because it is designed for B2B outreach to company work addresses, not consumers. We do not offer this service to online store owners because it would not deliver results. What works for a store is advertising (€250/month), content and visibility (€200/month), or emails to existing buyers.
What happens if the store has more than 100 products or needs ERP integration?
That is beyond our base scope, and we say so openly. For large catalogues, ERP, inventory systems, B2B portals or multistore structures, we work with partners who specialize in building projects like that. We can build your base store — up to 100 products — ourselves, within a week, for €1,500.
