Privacy policy

This policy describes what personal data learnxMI collects, why it does so and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

learnxMI is the trading name of Garri Gelfers (a self-employed person, Rīga, Latvia), offering AI automation, lead generation and related services to companies.

For data-related questions, contact: garrigelfers@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

In the AI opportunity audit form (learnxmi.com/audit) we collect: your name, company name, role in the company, email address, phone number (if provided), website address (if provided) and your answers to the audit questions.

On the public site we do not use marketing or tracking cookies. Authentication cookies are used only in the user account area (sign-in and client dashboard).

3. Why we process data

We use the audit answers to prepare an AI opportunity assessment for you and to contact you about the results and possible solutions. We do not use the data for other purposes and do not sell it to third parties.

4. How data is processed and stored

Form submissions are processed in an automated workflow (for example, logging the request and sending an email notification to us) and stored for as long as needed to communicate about your request.

For processing we use trusted infrastructure services (website hosting, workflow automation). Access to the data is limited to the learnxMI operator.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. To do so, write to garrigelfers@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if our services or data processing practices change. The current version is always available on this page.
