Ads management

How much does Google Ads management cost in Latvia in 2026?

Google Ads management in Latvia means two separate amounts: the fee for the work and the ad budget you pay to Google. On 25 October 2026, published starting prices for management ranged from €199 to €500 per month, and most pages showed no price at all. Our management costs €250 + VAT per month, flat, and the budget is not included.

How much does Google Ads management cost in Latvia?

On 25 October 2026, published Google Ads management fees in Latvia started at €199 per month for a freelance specialist and at €400–500 plus VAT per month for an agency. We opened the pages of six Latvian agencies, studios and specialists that AI answers name when you ask about Google Ads prices in Riga. Four of them showed no management price: only "on request" or "after an audit".

Every price we found is a "from" price, and each one covers something different. The specialist's €199 per month covers one search campaign for one service; the agency's €500 per month covers several campaign types for an online store. So the numbers in the table cannot be compared directly: first compare what work you get for the money.

The second amount is the ad budget. You pay it to Google from your own account with your own card, and it comes on top of any of these prices.

What drives the price of Google Ads management?

The price depends mostly on the amount of work: how many campaigns of which types need to be run and how complex the account is. One search campaign for one service is different work from an online store with a product feed and four campaign types. One of the agency pages we opened also lists keyword competition, geography and campaign type as price factors.

  • Number and types of campaigns. Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing each need their own setup and monitoring.
  • Keyword competition. The more businesses compete for the same keywords, the more careful the work on keywords and ad copy has to be.
  • Geography and languages. Riga, all of Latvia or several countries, one language or three.
  • Conversion tracking. Whether you can already see which click became a call, a lead or a purchase, or it has to be set up from scratch.
  • The page the ad leads to. If there is none, or it does not work, you pay for that too. Specialist B includes the page; we do not.
  • Budget size. Under a percentage model the fee grows with the budget; under a flat fee it does not.

How much do I pay Google for clicks, and what budget do I need?

You set the budget yourself. Two of the pages we opened name a minimum: specialist B requires a budget from €300 per month, agency A recommends at least €500; agency C says even a budget of up to €50 per month is not a problem. We recommend starting with about €300 per month, because with a smaller budget the management fee gets out of proportion.

The cost per click depends on the industry and the competition.

The Google Ads Help page explains how monthly charges are calculated. The limit is 30.4 times your average daily budget. On a single day, your ads can spend up to twice the daily budget, but over the month they do not go past the limit. Google's example: with a $10 daily budget, you are charged no more than $304 for the month.

This Google page on billing does not mention a minimum amount. A minimum you see in a quote is the provider's requirement or recommendation.

Flat fee or percentage of ad spend?

A flat fee stays the same when the budget grows, while a percentage of ad spend grows with the spend. The pages we opened list prices in euros per month, "from". We found no percentage-of-spend rate on the Latvian pages we opened, so we do not quote one.

Our fee is €250 per month regardless of budget. This means we have no financial interest in raising your budget: higher spend does not give us a bigger invoice. Any advice to raise the budget can only be based on results.

The percentage model has its place, and we do not criticize it. For brand advertising with a budget of several thousand euros per month, we are not a fit.

What does €250 per month include, and what does it not?

Our €250 per month includes campaign setup, audience selection, ad copy, day-to-day management, conversion tracking and a monthly report. It does not include the ad budget, large volumes of video or photo, building a website or online store, or SEO.

There is no setup fee and no annual contract, and you can end the work with 30 days' notice. We create the Google Ads and analytics accounts in your name and join them as users, so the accounts and data are yours from day one. Full list: ad campaign management.

Does the price include VAT, and how do I account for it?

Agency A writes "+ VAT", so the amount on the invoice will be higher. Of the pages we opened, only specialist B states that no VAT is charged and the prices are final. When you compare two quotes, convert both the same way: both with VAT or both without.

Google charges the ad budget separately, and you get the invoice for it from Google, not from the provider. The standard VAT rate in Latvia is 21% (VID, checked 25 October 2026). Our price is €250 + VAT per month.

This is not legal advice.

When does Google Ads management not pay off?

Management does not pay off when its fee is as large as the budget itself, or larger. If you set aside €150 a month for ads but pay €250 for management, more than half the money goes to the work, not to clicks. That is why we recommend starting from a budget of about €300, and agency A recommends from €500.

If your budget is smaller, we will tell you before the work starts and offer another route, for example lead generation. Ads also do not pay off if there is no page to send them to: first you need a website or an online store.

We are not a fit for large product catalogs advertised in several countries, or for brand advertising with a budget of several thousand euros per month. Meta advertising is a separate topic and is not covered here.

What should I ask in a quote to compare two prices?

You can compare two Google Ads management prices only if you know what stands behind each. Ask every provider the same questions and put the answers in one table:

  • Campaigns. How many campaigns, and of which types, does the price cover (search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing)?
  • Account. Who owns the Google Ads account, and what happens to it if the work ends?
  • Model. Flat fee or percentage of ad spend? If a percentage, how much and of which amount?
  • VAT. Is the price with or without VAT?
  • Launch. Is there a separate setup or launch fee?
  • Page and tracking. Does the price include a landing page and conversion tracking, or are they paid separately?
  • Budget. What minimum budget does the provider require, and why that amount?
  • Contract. How long is the contract, and how much notice do you need to end it?
  • Reporting. How often do you get a report, and which metrics does it show?
  • Result. What does the provider call a result: clicks, calls, leads or purchases?

What do we offer for Google Ads management?

We manage Google Ads for a flat €250 + VAT per month, and this amount does not change when the budget grows. You pay the budget to Google directly from your own account. We recommend starting with a budget of about €300 per month; if your budget is smaller, we will tell you before the work starts.

There is no setup fee and no annual contract, and you can end the work with 30 days' notice. The accounts and data are in your company's name from day one. We do not promise results in numbers in advance: you see them in the monthly report. More: ad campaign management.

Two of the pages we opened name a minimum of €300 or €500 per month; one says even up to €50 is not a problem. We recommend starting with about €300 per month, because with a smaller budget the management fee gets out of proportion to the budget itself.

It depends on the provider. The Latvian pages we opened showed no percentage rates. We do not charge a percentage: €250 per month regardless of budget size.

Agency A writes "+ VAT"; specialist B says no VAT is charged. Our price is €250 + VAT. When you compare quotes, convert both the same way.

How soon will I see results?

No one can honestly promise a specific number of leads or customers in advance. The first weeks go to setup and data collection; after that, you see the real metrics in the monthly report.
